Meet Our Team

 Alicia is an ordained pastor and prophet, a Certified Life Coach, a Domestic Violence Certified Coach(DV Coach) and is certified in Addictions Fundamentals. She is Co Pastor of Church Alive Ministries and CEO Of EWWM. Alicia has been in Ministry for seven years. Alicia has been married for seven years and has three children. 

 Angelica's career background is strong in Criminal Justice. She has worked in Crime Scene Investigation, Forensic Pathology, Child Protective Investigation, Court Magistrate, Institutional Prison Rape Act Supervision, as well as a Criminal Justice Instructor. She is also the Founder and Executive Director of "The Silent Voices Project." She also served as the Alabama Representative for Human Rights Education USA. She continues to make major moves through public speaking engagements, the investigation of cold cases/human trafficking, and missing persons reports, as well as victim advocacy and the development of legislative changes within the State of Alabama. She is also heavily involved in the Jamaican and Nigerian Government. 

Latonya is a mother of three who has an Associates Degree in Health Sciences, a Bachelor's Degree in Behavioral Sciences, and is currently working towards her Master's Degree in Integrated Psychology. She is a licensed Minister and has served within her ministry for ten years. 

In addition to having fostered a child with special needs  and also having a bonus daughter, Jaymi is a child development associate and has earned the Kentucky Director’s Credential. She has earned both an Associates of Science Degree and a Bachelor’s Degree in Family Science with a concentration in child studies. She has fourteen plus years in the field of childcare. She holds a Family Home Visitor certificate and is Kentucky Foster Care certified. 

Tabet holds a Master's Degree in Social Work and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology with a minor in Criminal Justice and American Sign Language. She has also served the community as a CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate) for kids. She has served many executive roles in her life such as a Coordinator for Lex Fusion, Division of Developmental and Intellectual Disabilities Area Administrator in the State of Kentucky, and a DDID Director in Lexington. She is also the Founder of Fayette County Recovery, Owner of Genesis Coffee House & Eatery, and Co-Owner of Life Solutions. She is the Founder of EnerGos Community Development Center. She is also the Apostle of Ishift Global Alliance & Senior Pastor of Church of Acts. In addition to her many accomplishments, she is a loving mother and grandmother.

 Dr. Sherley Lefevre, RN, MDiv, PhD; has a Bachelors of Science in Nursing(BSN), is a Master of Divinity (MDiv), and holds a PhD in Philosophy. She has been a nurse for twelve years and has been in ministry for over 10 years. She is also an author, mentor, empowerment speaker, and Christian counselor.  Sherley is currently married and has one son.

 Alice is a Certified Life Coach, a wife to a wonderful husband of 25 years, a mother to two daughters, and a grandmother to four grand daughters. She aspires to begin her coaching career as a Recovery Life Coach, helping women who are recovering from addictions. She also works as a private caregiver and is now a Certified Nursing Assistant. 

Michelle serves as our Director of Marketing. She is also owner of a beauty brand QueenLuxe Beauty LLC, a graphic design company QueenLuxe Media and is a serial entrepreneur. She has been married for 4 years and is a mom of three.  

 Shayla is an Ordained Minister and Liason to Elder Laron Tanksley, who is the Senior Pastor of Perfecting Praise Center. She holds an Associate's degree in Biblical Studies from Indiana Wesleyan University. In addition to her accomplishments, she is also a wife and stepmom of two. She also works as a Customer Solutions Specialist for Louisville Gas and Electric since 2013. 

 Nishaea is a boy mom to one son. She works full-time at the VA Dept. of Veteran Affairs and holds an Associate's Degree in Physical Education. She is also owner of Phenomenal Getaways and NLR Financial Education and Solutions. Her passion is to help single moms become financially literate and break financial generational curses. 

 Royneisha is the CEO and Founder of Bejeweled Mentorship Academy and Prestige Notary Solutions. She is also and ordained minister and a two time beat selling author. She is a wide, mother, as well as a Master Life Coach. She brings a passion to educate and has graduated college as a Human Services major. She is also apart of the Alpha Chi Honors Society and the Alpha Sigma Lambda. She brings EWWM a passion and mission to help women recalibrate their crowns and has dedicated her life to helping women release their baggage to prosper.   

 Anihhya has partnered with us to provide doula services, child birth education, and lactation consultation services within the EWWM community. She is passionate about the work the work she does because  African American women are more likely to die and have pregnancy related complications compared to other races. She is also passionate about helping mom's understand the significance of breastfeeding as it means that it will help strengthen the bond between mother and baby. She has been passionate about pregnancy and related topics since she was a little girl and feels that the work she does is her life's purpose. We are greatful to have Anihhya as apart of the EWWM team! 

 Jaymi brings T.H.R.I.V.E.  14 plus yrs. Of childcare experience, Child Development Associate (CDA), Associate of Science Degree, Bachelor's degree in Family & Consumer Science, a Kentucky Director's Credential, and a Family Home Visitor Certification. She is also a licensed Kentucky Foster Home. We welcome her as Director of our T.H.R.I.V.E. program.  LaRonda brings EWWM 20 years of experience with Fayette County Public Schools. She has earned a Bachelor's Degree and teaches grades K-5. She is a graduate of Lexington Community College and University of Kentucky. She specializes in special education. She is also a wife , a mother, and a faithful member of Temple of Deliverance Ministries located in Richmond, Kentucky. She hopes to bring EWWM support for young women, teenagers, and young moms. She wants them to know that their past does not define them. We are blessed to have LaRonda

Priscilla has been married to her high school sweetheart for 35 years and has four children and three grandchildren. She is a licensed and  ordained minister. She graduated from the University of Kentucky College of social work and has served the youth of Kentucky in Public Health and Prevention Services. She currently works with special needs young people at New Vista behavioral health. She has a heart for mentoring young girls and teens with the help of starting a girl's group. Her favorite scripture is Philippians 4:13 “I can do all things through Christ, which strengthens me.”

 Ms. Teresa has served in many capacities within Ministry. She has served as Praise and Worship Leader, Sunday School Teacher, and a Youth Leader. She has served in Ministry for a total of 28 years and is a member of Kingdom Word Fellowship Church located in Winchester, KY. In addition to her service in Ministry, she is also an Ordained Minister. We are proud to have her serve with us.
